We ship worldwide. For an individual shipping offer to one of the countries not listed, please contact us.

Purchase above EUR 1000.00 have to be declared to German Customs office. Please calculate two additional business days for us to receive the Export Declaration Form before we can ship your items.

Please note: We are based in Germany, all items are shipped from our Gallery in Lohr, Bavaria, Germany. Sales to customers in European Union are including VAT and there is no custom duty to be paid.

Sales to customers outside European Union don´t include VAT or customs duty - If customers destination country charges VAT,  other Taxes or custom duties it will be in buyers responsibility to pay them, they are not part of the selling price. All customs clearance will be done by the shipping company. If fees or duty are charged they will be collected before or when the parcel is delivered.

Returns:
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

You are an interior designer or re-seller, looking for individually made rugs of finest quality? We produce hand-knotted carpets in wool, silk, mohair, alpaca or real cashmere.
With almost 60 years experience in rug making and trading, we are a reliable source for dealers, architects and interior designers in all matters of hand-knotted or hand-woven rugs.
  
We have production partners in all rug making countries and can provide hand-knotted rugs in custom design and shape. Our wide range of materials are wool from New Zealand, wool from Tibet, pure silk from China, pure silk from India, finest Cashmere, Mohair from South Africa and Alpaca from Peru. We also offer vegan rugs made from bamboo silk, banana silk and hand-spun viscose.
